Freedom Win!!!!!

Rejoice Freedom Fanatics. The Freedom are finally in the win column! They defeated the Southern Illinois Miners 6-4 this afternoon at Champion Window Field.

After losing 10-5 last night, the Freedom fell to 0-4 on the season. But the players must have eaten their Wheaties this morning. After a leadoff home run by Jereme Milons, the Freedom scored the next the six runs and held on for the victory.

Hopefully this win will jump start a new streak and the Freedom can begin their climb up the standings.
